Join me for the winter session of Realistic Wellness, a 7-day whole food reset centered around realistic and everyday wellness. The focus is gentle nutrition that supports a healthy body and mind. The week will leave you feeling encouraged, inspired, and supported.
Realistic Wellness is a 7-day seasonal group program (virtual—join from anywhere) that’s practical, approachable, and rooted in whole foods. Throughout the week, you’ll be supported by a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist who’ll equip you with the tools you need to begin to shift your relationship with food, yourself, and the entire wellness industry.
Realistic Wellness is sustainable and approachable. It’s a week of gentle nutrition and nourishment that’ll improve your self-efficacy and leave you feeling good in your body. It’s a week for you.

A 7-day meal plan with recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (14 seasonal recipes), a complete shopping list, two batch cook / meal prep guides for Sunday and Wednesday, ingredient highlights, nutrition information, a seasonal snack guide, daily and end of the week journal prompts, a wellness tracker, and two bonus activities—2024 reflections and a 2025 goal planner!

Hi, I’m Kelly — The Mediterranean Diet Dietitian™ and the creator of Weeknight Dinners.
I hold a master’s degree in Food Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I’m also a Registered Dietitian with a Graduate Certificate in Dietetics. My mission is to help others find pleasure in cooking and eating — all while creating a life they can maintain. I hope you’ll join me in the kitchen.
